These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ARIA™ platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by InfiniTech.AI (“InfiniTech.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. The Service

ARIA is an AI-powered platform that helps users build and operate ventures. The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted venture creation and management
  • Content generation, editing, and publishing
  • Monetization tools including Stripe product creation
  • Multi-platform content distribution
  • Messaging integrations (Slack and other platforms)
  • Media production tools (video recording, AI audio/video generation)
  • Analytics and performance tracking

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

The Service offers the following tiers:

  • Free: Limited features, 1 venture, basic capabilities
  • Pro ($49/month): Unlimited ventures, full monetization, distribution, Slack integration
  • Business ($149/month): Enhanced limits, advanced analytics, team features
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing, organization-wide deployment

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Revenue Split

For products you sell through ARIA-generated Stripe checkout links, the revenue split is 92% to you (the creator) and 8% to the platform. This split is applied at the time of transaction processing.

5. Your Content and Data

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including venture data, written content, media assets, and products. Infinitech.AI does not claim ownership of your content.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes distributing your content to platforms you select and processing it through AI models for generation and analysis.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Create ventures or content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe, Slack, Hashnode, Bluesky, Dev.to, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

ARIA™ and the ARIA platform are trademarks of InfiniTech.AI. The Service, including its design, architecture, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. Patent pending. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from using the Service. Potential MRR figures and revenue projections shown in the platform are estimates, not guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITECH.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
