2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the ARIA platform
  • Process your ventures, content generation, and monetization requests
  • Facilitate payments through Stripe
  • Distribute your content to connected platforms (Hashnode, Bluesky, Dev.to, etc.) as you direct
  • Deliver messages through connected messaging platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, notifications)
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our Service
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

3. AI Processing

ARIA uses artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to process your requests and generate content. When you use AI features:

  • Your prompts and venture context are sent to AI model providers to generate responses
  • AI-generated content is stored in your account and associated with your ventures
  • We do not use your personal data to train AI models
  • AI providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and our data processing agreements

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), AI model providers (content generation)
  • Connected platforms: When you choose to distribute content, we share that content with the platforms you select (Hashnode, Bluesky, Dev.to, etc.)
  • Messaging platforms: When you use Slack or other messaging integrations, messages are processed through those platforms
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel, located in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted database connections
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security reviews

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
